A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
1. Definitions

"Client(s)" refers to individuals identified in the booking form.

"Photographer" refers to any team member of Eyedolise operating under the trade name Steve Wright Photography Ltd.
2. Agreement

By booking a session with Eyedolise, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any modifications must be explicitly approved in writing by the photographer.
3. Copyright & Image Use

All images remain the copyright of Eyedolise (Steve Wright Photography Ltd).

Clients grant Eyedolise permission to use, edit, and distribute images taken during the session for:

Marketing & Promotion (including website, social media, exhibitions, and printed materials).

Portfolio & Editorial Features.

Third-party Publications (such as magazines, blogs, and competitions).

Images may be shared in both digital and print formats. Personal identifying details will not be disclosed.
4. Rights & Waivers

Clients waive any rights to compensation, royalties, or claims related to the use of these images.

The photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs.

Images may be edited or modified at the photographer’s discretion.

Images will not be used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
5. Consent & Acknowledgement

One person per group will act as the client when signing and will confirm they and everyone else understand what is written in the form

The client confirms they and everyone else are over 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent for minors.

Once published, images may remain in circulation indefinitely.

Clients may request, in writing, the removal of specific images from future use; however, previously published images cannot be retracted.

Clients will receive a digital copy of selected images for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Payment Policy

Session Fee: Full payment is required at the time of booking, payable by cash or card.
7. Flash Photography
-
Iris photography involves the use of flash. This may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to flashing lights.
8. Children
-
Photography is recommended for children aged 5 years and older.

Sessions for younger children are possible but not guaranteed.
9. Pricing & Additional Costs

Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding purchased digital files. Additional digital image requests will incur extra charges.
10. Data Retention & Privacy Policy

Eyedolise will retain images for a minimum of six months.
-
Personal information (such as names and contact details) is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties.

Eyedolise complies with UK GDPR regulations regarding data protection and image use.

Clients may request access to or deletion of stored data, subject to any contractual obligations.

11. Liability & Release
By booking a session, clients release Eyedolise and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities
arising from the use of their images, provided they are used in accordance with this agreement.
